I am a community-engaged contemplative and an artist. Borrowing the words of spiritual genius, Howard Thurman (the mentor and confidant of Martin Luther King Jr.) this is how I describe my life’s work:
I listen for the sound of the genuine in myself and in others; I partner with parents and community leaders to establish conditions for the proliferation of the genuine in ourselves, one another, and those in our care.
If you would like to learn about the classes I teach and the community-change initiatives that I participate in leading, hop on over to the Family Spirit Center website to check out what I am up to with my colleagues, mentors and collaborators.
If you would like to work with me privately for parent leadership coaching, and/or heartsight sessions (contemplative listening and energy work) you can read more about my services by following the links provided. Please know that I can only accept a limited number of private clients, so I ask that those who are interested fill out an application to ensure that we are a good fit.
